Жилые объекты в России представляют собой проекты по строительству и развитию жилой недвижимости, включая жилые комплексы, апартаменты и коттеджные поселки.

По состоянию на август 2025 года в сфере жилой недвижимости в России насчитывается 11894 проекта с объемом инвестиций 30,8 трлн рублей. Интересантами реализации проектов выступает 830 крупных структур, которые занимаются финансированием, проектированием и возведением объектов отрасли.

Рынок жилой недвижимости демонстрирует устойчивый рост, однако сталкивается с рядом существенных вызовов. Наблюдается увеличение количества приостанавливаемых инвестиционных проектов, что связано с ростом кредитных ставок. При этом сохраняется значительный дисбаланс в региональном развитии - лидерами по объему инвестиций остаются Москва и Московская область.

    Компания ООО «Сбербанк Инвестиции» приобрела долю в размере 30% ООО «Специализированный застройщик «АПРИ Нева» для реализации масштабного жилищного проекта в Ленинградской области.

    Комментарий ПКР: приобретение долей в строительных компаниях позволяет ПАО «Сбербанк России» участвовать в крупных проектах жилищного строительства и развития городского ландшафта. Инвестиции в такие проекты способствуют созданию новых рабочих мест и развитию социальной инфраструктуры.
