In the Northwestern Federal District, it is planned to carry out a series of works on the technical re-equipment of production facilities in non-residential buildings, with the aim of expanding the range of manufactured reinforced concrete products for civil engineering.

The investor, at his own expense, is building a dairy farm using European technology with loose housing for cows. At the moment, the main construct of the building has been erected from scratch. It is planned to put the object into operation in the fall of 2017. After the construction is completed, the building of the new farm will accommodate four hundred cows.

In the Northwestern Federal District, it is planned to build an incinerator. The project is licensed by Canadian WTEC investors plan to recoup in eight years. The project will be implemented under a concession agreement with the involvement of the district administration as a state guarantor. Negotiations with the municipality over the construction of the plant lasted more than 2.5 years

A wind farm has been launched in the Arctic village. Village electricity networks began to receive energy from wind generators. Wind turbines are operated in test mode and gave the village about 5 thousand kW / h of green energy. The wind-diesel power plant consists of four wind generators with a capacity of 50 kW each, operating in the same system with diesel generators with a total capacity of 460 kW. It is planned that the complex will generate up to 50% of electricity from total consumption. The project began in November 2012.
