• Brief description

  An apartment hotel is planned to be built in the North-West. According to the project manager, the installation of a sheet pile fence is currently starting at the construction site, after which a foundation pit will be developed for the foundation of the future building. In addition to the chosen location and architecture, the investor made a bet on the use of high-quality materials, a wide selection of apartment types (from small studios to prestigious "specific" apartments with different layouts), finishes and furnishings, as well as a comfortable price range. The project of the apart-hotel includes 560 apartments, with an area of 24 meters or more, underground one-level parking for 97 cars, as well as commercial premises with a total area of about 3.5 thousand square meters.
