Brief description
About 6 billion rubles the investor plans to invest in the construction of a new logistics complex, the area of which at the first stage will be 100 thousand square meters. A warehouse site was selected in the south of the region. The land plot is directly adjacent to the highway, which will provide the best supply of stores from this warehouse. At the first stage, we expect to immediately build the infrastructure for the warehouse complex, which will be able to allow an increase in the warehouse in the future if necessary. In the near future, a detailed study of the design of the project, the development of an infrastructure scheme for the warehouse complex is planned. Next, it is planned to obtain a permit for the construction and construction of a warehouse. Taking into account indicative terms for all the necessary stages for development, the warehouse will be ready for operation no earlier than 2018. At this stage, areas for consumer goods and non-food products of domestic and foreign production will be prepared. At the first stage, about 300 employees are expected, including contractors. In the peak New Year period, the number of employees may increase to 450. -
