  • Краткое описание

    Здание бывшего профилактория, возведенное в 90-х годах, реконструируется в 4-хзвездочный отель, рассчитанный как на бизнес-путешественников, так и на отдыхающих. Проект включает в себя частичную реконструкцию, надстройку нескольких этажей и возведение новых корпусов. Среди преимуществ – не только примечательное местоположение на берегу реки, как раз на полдороги между аэропортом и центром города, но и обширная спа-зона, в которую реорганизуют спортивно-оздоровительную инфраструктуру предыдущего периода, а также большой ночной клуб в подземном этаже с отдельным входом. На последнем этаже разместится ресторан, а конференц-зал с отдельно оборудованным колл-румом рассчитан на 300 человек. Поскольку прежние номера не отвечали современным требованиям комфорта, каждые три из них превратятся в два. В результате получится 201 номер, из которых чуть более трети расположены в старой части. Для отделки первых двух этажей выбрали фактурную темно-коричневую бетонную плитку, выше ее сменят алюминиевые панели: белые для новой части и желтовато-охристые для реконструируемой.
