    На Северо-Западе планируется возвести апарт-отель. По словам руководителя проекта, в настоящее время на стройплощадке объекта начинается монтаж шпунтового ограждения, после чего будет разработан котлован под фундамент будущего здания. Кроме выбранного места и архитектуры, инвестор сделал ставку на использование высококачественных материалов, широкий выбор типов апартаментов (от небольших студий до престижных «видовых» квартир с разными планировками), вариантов отделки и меблировки, а также комфортный ценовой диапазон. Проект апарт-отеля включает в себя 560 апартаментов, площадью от 24 метров, подземную одноуровневую парковку на 97 машиномест, а также коммерческие помещения общей площадью около 3,5 тысяч кв.м.
