• Краткое описание

  The developer company plans to build a multi-apartment residential building in the city of Sochi. Area: 15836 sq.m. Housing class: comfort. Infrastructure: on the land plot cadastral number 23: 49: 0402048: 891 and cadastral quarter number 23: 49: 0402048, the project provides for the improvement of the territory free from development, namely the arrangement of sidewalks, footpaths with a total area of 9216 m2, playgrounds for preschool children and primary school age with a total area of 601 m2, sports grounds with a total area of 1588 m2, recreational areas for adults with a total area of 81 m2 and commercial areas with a total area of 56 m2. The coverage of playgrounds and sports grounds will be made of special coatings. It is proposed to place on playgrounds: sandboxes, a playground for up to 5 years old, a carousel and a swing. It is planned to locate equipment for sports activities on the sports grounds. It is proposed to place on the sites for the recreation of the adult population: benches and rubbish bins. According to the Order of the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of the Krasnodar Territory of April 16, 2015 N 78 (as amended on August 23, 2018) clause 4.2.57.
