  • Краткое описание

    В декабре будет получено разрешение на строительство и монтажные организации приступят к работе. Завершение процесса реконструкции намечено на 4-й квартал 2013 г. ТЦ ОМЕГА общей площадью 57 600 кв. м . Генеральный Подрядчик определен. Ген. Подрядчик самостоятельно будет вести переговоры и привлекать суб. подрядные организации по изготовлению металлоконструкций, а так же по поставке инженерного оборудования (лифтов, эскалаторов, оборудования по кондиционированию и т.д.) К моменту сдачи объекта будет достроен гостиничный комплекс, который расположен рядом с торговым центром.
