    Проект строительства торгово-развлекательного комплекса с аквапарком. Его пропускная способность, по предварительным подсчетам, составит 20 тысяч человек в сутки. Также предусмотрен подземный паркинг на полторы тысячи машино-мест. Торговые площади составят 70 тысяч кв. метров. Территория для плавания будет 2800 кв.метров и еще 3300 кв.метров отдано на техническое помещение под аквапарк. Застройщик пока получил разрешение только на первую, подготовительную, очередь.
