  • Краткое описание

    В одном из городов Уральского федерального округа построят торговый центр. Проект был презентован на Градостроительном совете региона. Несмотря на то, что члены Градсовета одобрили функциональную составляющую презентуемого объекта, к архитектурной и инфраструктурной части у них возникли серьезные вопросы, поэтому проект был отправлен на доработку. В ходе обсуждения члены совета предложили переориентировать первый этаж на зону отдыха, чтобы ожидающие транспорт люди могли сделать это в комфортной среде; продумать возможность строительства более высокого здания, а также более органично и удобно продумать транспортно-пешеходную инфраструктуру.
