  • Краткое описание

    На Северо-Западе планируется провести работы по реконструкции зданий под многофункциональный общегородской центр. После реконструкции исторических корпусов объект должен стать «ареалом жизнедеятельности, привлекательным для жизни и ведения бизнеса». Подразумевается, что именно победитель архитектурного конкурса предложит, как разместятся на территории комплекса апартаменты, лофты, рабочие зоны, торговля, а также объекты здравоохранения, образования, культуры и досуга. Однако объекты представляющие историческую ценность будут сохранены.
